LuckyMe — Official Terms & Conditions

Welcome — by entering the LuckyMe draw you agree to the terms below. These are written clearly and with the participant in mind. If you need a plain-language summary, expand the "Quick summary" box.

1. Eligibility

Participants must be 18 years of age or older and legally resident in India. Employees, contractors and immediate family of Social Monkey Club are not eligible to participate.

2. No Purchase Necessary

Entry is free — you do not need to make any purchase to enter or win. Any offers that require payment are separate and voluntary.

3. Contest Duration

Start and end dates are shown on the Platform. All times referenced are in IST (Indian Standard Time). Late entries may be excluded.

4. Entry Rules

Follow the entry flow described on the website. The Organizer may limit entries per person. Automated or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

5. Prize Details

Prizes (digital or physical) will be listed on the Platform. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. The Organizer may substitute a prize of equal or greater value when necessary.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be selected using a randomized computerized system. Winners will be contacted via the contact information they provided. Winners must respond within 48 hours to claim a prize; otherwise the prize may be forfeited and another winner selected.

7. Prize Delivery

Digital prizes will be delivered via email or in-app. Physical prizes will be shipped within India only. Organizer is not responsible for customs, duties, or shipping delays.

8. Taxes & Fees

Winners are responsible for any taxes or fees (including TDS) that apply to their prize under Indian law. The Organizer will comply with reporting obligations as required by law.

9. Privacy

We collect only the information necessary to operate the draw. Data is used to notify winners and to administer the contest. We will not sell your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

10. Disqualification

The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify participants at its discretion for fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

11. Technical Issues & Liability

The Organizer is not liable for technical failures, network issues, or other errors that may affect entry or notification. Participation is at your own risk.

12. Cancellation & Changes

We may cancel, modify, or suspend the draw if necessary (including due to COVID, force majeure, or other unforeseen events). Changes will be communicated on the Platform.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform is owned by Social Monkey Club. You may not copy or republish without permission.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of India.
